Prima is an online motor insurer founded in Italy, now expanding to the UK and Spain. We are seeking an Employer Branding Manager to shape how talent discovers, experiences and chooses Prima.

You will translate talent priorities into distinctive content and experiences, manage recruitment marketing campaigns across channels, and design events to connect candidates with real pipelines and hiring outcomes. Hybrid work with benefits and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Strong experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing or Talent Attraction (minimum 4 years).
• Understanding of candidate journeys and recruitment funnels.
• Experience designing events, communities or experiential activations.
• Ability to turn business hiring needs into creative briefs.
• Strong stakeholder management across TA, Brand, Marketing and senior stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills, fluent English.

We’re looking for an Employer Branding Manager to shape how talent discovers, experiences and ultimately chooses Prima.

Sitting at the intersection of Talent Acquisition, Brand, Marketing and Experience Design, you’ll turn our talent priorities into distinctive content and experiences that help the right people understand what makes Prima different — and want to be part of it.

What you will do

What You’ll Do

• Translate Prima’s talent strategy and hiring priorities into a clear employer branding and attraction roadmap.
• Define how we position Prima to prioritise talent audiences and turn it into targeted recruitment marketing campaigns across channels.
• Partner with Brand, Marketing and Social teams to bring campaigns to life, from creative briefs to distribution and amplification.
• Design distinctive talent events and activations where candidates can experience how Prima works and demonstrate what they can do, connecting every experience to real talent pipelines and hiring outcomes.
• Continuously improve the candidate journey, from first discovery to offer and onboarding handover.
• Turn real stories, people, challenges and work happening inside Prima into compelling employer-brand narratives.
• Partner with creative and social specialists to develop formats and content that earn the attention of the talent we want.
• Define and track KPIs across awareness, engagement, qualified talent, pipeline creation and hiring conversion.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience (at least 4 years) in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Talent Attraction or a closely related discipline.
• A strong understanding of candidate journeys and recruitment funnels.
• Experience creating or designing events, communities or experiential activations.
• The ability to turn business and hiring needs into compelling creative briefs.
• Strong stakeholder management across Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Brand, Social and senior business stakeholders.
• A data-driven mindset and experience measuring campaign or attraction effectiveness.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills, fluent English
• Strong judgment: you can distinguish an interesting idea from an idea that actually solves a talent problem.
• The ability to move comfortably between strategy and hands-on delivery.

You will help Prima move from doing employer branding activities to building a deliberate talent attraction system.

€45,000 - €55,000 a year
