Golden Goose is seeking a proactive Visual Merchandiser EMEA to ensure the brand's luxury visual identity and retail standards across stores in the EMEA region. This hands-on role translates global VM guidelines into compelling displays that elevate the customer experience.

You will visit stores, adapt guidelines to local markets, train teams, and report findings to the Global VM Team, contributing to consistency and commercial success across diverse markets.

Competenze

• 1–3 years hands-on Visual Merchandising experience in luxury fashion.
• Ability to adapt global VM guidelines to local markets while maintaining brand standards.
• Fluency in English, strong communication across cultures.

Mansioni

• Act as the Visual Merchandiser for the EMEA region, adapting guidelines to local market needs.
• Conduct store visits to ensure quality and consistency of displays and props.
• Develop VM training sessions for local store teams.
• Provide photo reports and documentation to the Global VM Team.
• Collaborate with retail teams to align VM with regional commercial goals.
• Assist in inventory and distribution of VM props and tools.
