Allianz Technology in Italy seeks an experienced AI Opportunity Lead to drive the identification, prioritization and delivery of AI use cases. You will be the main contact between business functions and Allianz's AI ecosystem, shaping budgets, vendor governance and adoption of AI/GenAI solutions across the organization.

This role requires strong product management, analysis and consulting background, with the ability to translate complex requirements into measurable business value and outcomes.

Competenze

• Experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Innovation, or Consulting.
• Solid experience as a Technical Project Manager and/or in pre-sales roles for complex IT solutions.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, contracts, and project governance.
• Knowledge of the main AI and GenAI technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong orientation toward results and value creation.

Mansioni

• Lead the identification, prioritization, and delivery of AI use cases, aligning business needs with technology and governance.
• Serve as the primary contact between business functions and the local and central AI ecosystem.
• Collect and qualify AI opportunities and build the use case pipeline.
• Define business cases and success KPIs for AI initiatives.
• Manage business and technology stakeholders and coordinate external vendors.
• Support budgeting, demand management, and investment governance processes.
• Monitor benefits and results achieved and support adoption of solutions.
• Ensure governance, risk, and compliance aspects are properly overseen.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to realize value from AI projects.
