Amplifon is seeking an EMEA Pricing & Revenue Management Specialist to analyze pricing and revenue trends, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Retail teams, and support strategic decision-making in the EMEA region. The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, dashboard creation, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize profitability.

You will monitor performance, contribute to forecasting, and maintain analytics dashboards to drive business decisions.

Competenze

• 2+ years of pricing and revenue management experience in global companies.
• Master's degree in Economics, Engineering Management or Mathematics/Statistics.
• Data-driven approach to decision making with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with proactivity and leadership.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau) to create dashboards.
• English proficiency at least B2.

Mansioni

• Prepare analyses and recommendations for top management on sales, pricing, and portfolio strategies.
• Collaborate with countries and internal stakeholders to align on and execute the commercial strategy.
• Monitor sales and revenue performance using data visualization tools to understand market dynamics.
• Track Average Selling Price, discounts and margins; propose improvements.
• Contribute to monthly financial forecasting around ASP and product mix.
• Conduct competition monitoring to support pricing strategy.
• Continuously optimize product and service portfolio to meet market demands.
• Maintain and improve dashboards and KPI monitoring systems; create new dashboards.
