SKF Automotive Italy is seeking a Packaging Coordinator to manage packaging logistics between production, warehouses and customers in the EMEA region. Based in Airasca, you will interpret production schedules, place orders for packaging materials, and ensure accurate stock levels while coordinating with carriers and suppliers.

Competenze

• Solid knowledge of inventory management including quantities, lead times and costs.
• Proficiency in MS Office with advanced Excel.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.

Mansioni

• Analyse demand from production and sales to quantify plant needs and organise distribution.
• Validate orders and check system data to avoid discrepancies and complaints.
• Place and validate packaging material orders in IT systems and customer portals where applicable.
• Conduct inventories, monitor stock levels and procure replacement materials when needed.
• Coordinate stock transfers to supply locations across the EMEA region.
• Supervise sorting and quality control of reusable packaging and manage pallet pool administration.
