Element Solutions Inc in Villorba (TV), Italy, is seeking an Inventory Analyst and Supply Chain Planner to optimize the finished goods flow across the EMEA region. The role ensures efficient distribution from plants and central warehouses to local markets, maintaining high service levels while controlling costs.

You will partner with ICO and SIOP teams, manage master data, and drive ERP data accuracy and KPI reporting.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain coordination.
Experience in a regional (EMEA) or multi-country environment is highly preferred.
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, JDE).
Experience with planning tools is an advantage.
Strong Excel skills; Power BI is a plus.

Mansioni

Coordinate the movement of goods across EMEA (plants → distribution centers).
Develop and maintain distribution plans aligned with demand and supply plans.
Ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment across multiple countries.
Master data governance and aging review for inventory.
Optimize transport routes and logistics flows; support warehouse allocation decisions.
Monitor and improve on-time delivery (OTD) performance.
