Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Medical Director to provide medical leadership for clinical trials within our client environment. You will guide study teams, ensure scientific validity, and oversee safety evaluations across study phases in collaboration with cross-functional groups.

Qualifications

Medical Doctor with psychiatry board certification and hospital practice experience.
Industry experience in clinical development is required.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Experience with NDA submission process and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

Provide medical leadership to study teams and develop protocols with current scientific information.
Real-time medical monitoring of studies, ensuring safety and endpoint validity.
Coordinate protocol amendments, CSRs, ICFs, CRFs and related documentation.
Liaise between sponsor and PPD internal departments across study phases.
Educate investigator sites with protocol-specific procedures at meetings.
Ensure SOPs and GCP compliance; manage day-to-day trial activities.
