Vertiv Group in Italy is seeking an experienced Indirect Category Manager for the EMEA region. You will own category strategies across assigned indirect spend categories, lead end-to-end sourcing, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost savings while improving procurement performance.

The role reports to the Director, EMEA Indirect Procurement and requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in procurement, and fluent English.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years' experience in Procurement/Category Management.
Proven track record delivering category savings.
Experience leading sourcing events and supplier negotiations.
Strong analytical, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English communication.

Mansioni

Own and execute category strategies across assigned indirect spend categories.
Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including RFI, RFP and RFQ.
Conduct market analysis, spend reviews and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) evaluations.
Negotiate contracts and commercial frameworks with suppliers.
Drive supplier performance improvement and risk mitigation.
Promote e-Sourcing tools and Oracle procurement solutions.
Monitor savings and KPI reporting.
