CNH Industrial Group in Italy is seeking a CASE Product Application & Training Specialist to support dealers and customers across the EMEA region. You will diagnose complex issues, perform field visits, and prepare detailed technical reports to drive reliability and customer satisfaction.

You will coach dealers, provide activation codes for CNH service tools, and contribute to CPM and EWT initiatives, requiring travel across the EMEA region, strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical

Competenze

Experience with a wide range of construction machinery.
Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Fluent in English; willingness to travel across the EMEA region.

Mansioni

Provide expert technical support to CASE and New Holland dealers across the EMEA via ASIST platform and phone.
Perform field visits in collaboration with dealers, importers and customers for detailed investigations.
Prepare detailed technical field reports to support issue tracking and escalation.
Respond to technical parts questions (PHD) from CE EMEA dealers and support on parts availability issues.
Coach dealers on repair methods and use of technical documentation and diagnostic tools.
