CNH Industrial Group is seeking a CASE Product Application & Training Specialist to deliver high-quality technical training to Construction Equipment dealer technicians. Training combines face-to-face sessions and remote platforms to enhance diagnostic and repair skills and ensure maximum uptime.

The role requires a technical degree, CREO 3D modelling skills, fluent English, and willingness to travel across the EMEA region.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in technical studies or equivalent; electric/electronics, hydraulic or mechanical background.
• Experience with Construction Equipment and 3D modelling is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and proficient with MS Office.

Mansioni

• Prepare training materials for CE machine courses and update content with new machines.
• Deliver trainings in English and the trainer's native language.
• Manage the Training Calendar and coordinate deliveries at centers or online.
• Assess training effectiveness using tests and feedback.
