AlixPartners is seeking a PMD Recruiting Director - EMEA to lead the executive recruiting team across UK, DACH, Italy, France, and Middle East. You will set the strategy, build trusted relationships with leaders, mentor the team, and manage multiple searches end-to-end while ensuring a high-quality, inclusive recruitment process.

Competenze

• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management across multiple regions.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and managing competing priorities.
• Extensive experience in executive recruiting, especially for PMD/Partner roles.
• Deep understanding of the consulting landscape and senior talent pools.
• Experience leading an executive search team in EM EA with research and outreach.
• Proficiency in drafting concise executive communications and Board-ready materials.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability for team outcomes.
• Client-service orientation and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Oversee and continuously improve candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
• Mentor and develop the EMEA recruiting team, fostering growth and a positive culture.
• Partner with Global Head of Executive Recruiting on performance, budget, and partnerships.
• Own key searches end-to-end: research, outreach, interviews, evaluations, and documentation.
• Develop long-form business cases for final-stage PMD candidates for CEO and Board review.
• Vet and manage external search firms and contracting.
• Ensure recruiting data is recorded, confidential, and compliant.
• Be a super user of the Greenhouse CRM to optimize application processes.
