Circana is seeking a Department Director to lead a team that manages inquiries related to data elements raised by internal and external clients. The role involves receiving, investigating, and resolving data issues, while collaborating across operational and product teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution.

The position emphasizes external client engagement and internal cross-functional collaboration, along with significant team leadership responsibilities to drive a client-focused culture

Competenze

• 5+ years in client-facing roles within data operations, analytics, insights, or technical customer service.
• Proven experience leading teams in data inquiry management, operations, or client service.
• Strong problem solving and issue resolution in complex data environments.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Operations, Commercial, or Research Science.
• Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.

Mansioni

• Build strong relationships with external clients as the primary contact for data inquiries and updates.
• Investigate, resolve, and communicate data quality issues, with cross-team collaboration.
• Prepare clear communications detailing issues, findings, and impacts for stakeholders.
• Inform clients of data changes from upgrades or launches ahead of release.
• Collaborate with Practice Leads, Operations, Commercial, Product, and Research Science.
• Lead and develop the team, ensuring resource allocation to meet client needs.
