Google is seeking a Technical Operations Compliance Manager for Third Party Data Centers across the EMEA region. You will lead audit programs, verify maintenance evidence, and drive risk-based improvements to ensure resilience and regulatory compliance.

In this global role, you will collaborate with CAP, EHS, and local teams, travel up to 50% for site visits, and report on audit trends and performance to leadership. This position offers meaningful impact across critical infrastructure.

Competenze

• 9 years of experience in technical compliance, facility management, or operations for data centers and mission-critical facilities.
• Experience with critical data center infrastructure (power, cooling, safety protocols).
• Experience leading internal and external compliance audits for technical facilities.
• Ability to travel up to 50% across the EMEA region for site visits and audits.

Mansioni

• Develop audit plans and verify provider evidence (maintenance logs) to ensure proper servicing of critical infrastructure.
• Coordinate with CAP audits and address deficiencies with risk-based prioritization and remediation deadlines.
• Track drill outcomes and ORD/iORD to document improvements and ensure resilience exercises meet standards.
• Deliver reports and dashboards communicating audit trends, site performance, and overall EMEA compliance posture to leadership.

In this role you ensure the highest levels of digital operational resilience, safety, and regulatory compliance across Google’s third-party data center partnerships in the EMEA region. You will lead comprehensive audit programs, verify maintenance and service evidence, and drive improvements through risk-based prioritization. You collaborate with CAP, EHS, and local teams to sustain performance and reduce outage recovery time. This position offers meaningful impact by strengthening the data center value chain and adhering to evolving European standards.

• Act as the primary 3PDCOPs representative for CAP audits and coordinate with local managers on site resilience
• Develop audit plans and verify provider evidence (maintenance logs) to ensure proper servicing of critical infrastructure
