DATA4 is seeking a Critical Environment Manager (CEM) to lead technical management of operating data centers. You will streamline operations, mitigate risks, and oversee projects from inception to completion, coordinating with engineering, operations, and facilities management to minimize disruption.

Responsibilities include risk management for critical environments, QA processes, and ensuring compliance with standards such as Uptime Institute Tier and ISO 27001.

Competenze

• Fluent English (B2/C1) required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Energy Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience in mission-critical operations or data center environments.
• 2+ years in project management or complex processes.

Mansioni

• Collect technical data from field and customers to define risk maps and contingency plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution and timely delivery.
• Lead technical discussions with clients and coordinate support within Data4 and external SMEs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements and monitor vendor performance.
