Integra NeuroSciences Ltd seeks a Commercial Operations Senior Specialist to support the EMEA region, ensuring accurate execution of operational, quote and pricing processes in line with SOPs. You will maintain data quality and coordinate cross-functionally to support tender and contract activities.

You will work with Insights, Pricing, Tender & Contracts, Customer Services, Finance and Sales to deliver regular reporting, master data management and issue resolution across systems and markets.

Competenze

• Bachelor/Master degree in a related discipline with at least three years experience.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written). Any of the following languages would be an asset: French, German, Italian, Dutch.
• Experience in sales analytics, commercial operations, sales support, pricing or tender operations.
• Experience supporting cross-functional commercial processes (Insights, Pricing, Tender & Contracts, Finance, Customer Services).
• Proven experience in establishing relationships with commercial teams in a multi-country/EMEA environment.
• Hands-on with ERP/contract tools/CRM systems (Oracle, Model N, Salesforce).
• Strong experience with Excel and structured reporting; exposure to Power BI is a plus.

Mansioni

• Coordinate master data for customers and distributors; ensure data accuracy and timely setup in systems.
• Prepare and maintain regular commercial reporting and dashboards across EMEA; support tender and contract reporting.
• Support back-office processes related to quotes and contracts; liaise with Tender/Contract teams to keep data up to date.
• Manage contract and tender implementation in the contract management system; assist with price increases and approvals.
