RINA is seeking a Verification & Validation Engineer in Venegono to join the Digital Product & Platform Engineering Department. The role focuses on ensuring quality, reliability and performance of software products through rigorous testing, with collaboration across developers, managers and stakeholders.

The candidate should have strong verification/testing background, knowledge of C/C++/Python/Ada, and experience with automated testing tools. Italian and English fluency are required.

Competenze

• Proven experience in verification and validation for software, preferably embedded safety-critical.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools and processes in safety/aviation domains.
• Experience with C, C++, Python, or Ada for verification and validation.
• Familiarity with test management tools and automated testing frameworks.

Mansioni

• Develop detailed test plans, cases, and scripts from requirements and design.
• Execute functional, regression, performance and system integration tests.
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Identify defects and document issues; communicate results to stakeholders.
• Verify requirements and design correctness; conduct static/dynamic analysis.
• Prepare test documentation and drive continuous improvement of testing processes.
