Abbott is seeking a Field Technical Engineer to join the Electrophysiology Team in Italy. The role promotes Abbott EP products and provides technical and clinical support to sales personnel and physicians across Italy.

You will attend electrophysiology procedures, assist with ablation equipment issues, and participate in training and presentations. Fluent English/Italian and MS Office skills are required.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering (Biomedical or Electrical) or Electrophysiology.
• Proficient in English and Italian (written and spoken).
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Preferable 1–2 years in similar technical support roles.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Mansioni

• Provide technical support and assistance across Italy to the sales force and physicians.
• Perform product presentations and training on product utilization for customers.
• Support physicians during enrolment and follow-up of clinical studies.
• Support Regional Sales Managers, FTE Coordinator and Clinical Department with tasks and projects.
• Be proactive in delivering Abbott solution-oriented support to customers.
• Promptly communicate feedback on electrophysiology procedures.
• Booth duty when required.
• Ensure all Abbott Quality Procedures are followed.
