Job summary

Saipem is seeking a Commissioning & Maintenance Electrical Superintendent on a fixed-term basis in Venezia. You will report to the Commissioning Manager and be part of ENCAR within the Venezia Refinery, managing resources and ensuring safe, compliant electrical commissioning and maintenance activities.

We are looking for an Electrical Engineering technical background with strong MS Office skills. Home-office contract option is available with a salary not lower than 43,000.00 €.

Qualifications

• Education: Technical Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Technical/IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all activities comply with HSE requirements and participates in Safety Walk Downs.
• Verifies commissioning and startup requirements are reflected in engineering documents and supports project planning and scheduling.
• Reviews vendor schedules for commissioning, startup and test runs and tracks completions.
• Oversees Preventive, Condition Based and Corrective Maintenance via his team.
• Responsible for proper electrical isolation through the Switch Board locking and unlocking Register.

Purpose of the position: As Commissioning and Maintenance Electrical Superintendent, you will respond to the Commissioning Manager and be part of the ENCAR within Venezia Refinery. You will manage and support resources.

• Ensures that all activities within his area of responsibilities are done in full compliance with the HSE requirements. Actively contributes to Safety Walk downs. In case of incidents contributes to investigations.
• Verifies that the Commissioning & Start-up requirements are accounted in the engineering documents. Takes part in project planning & scheduling.
• Reviews the Vendors schedule and assignment, concerning the Commissioning, Start-up and test run activities. Follow-up of completions and Commissioning activities.
• Through his team, responsible of the Preventive Maintenance, Condition Based Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance.
• Responsible for the correct implementation of the electrical isolation control through the Switch Board locking and unlocking Register.
