Job summary

The Member Company is seeking a capable project manager to oversee electrical orders from planning through commissioning. You will manage budgets, define milestones, and coordinate electrical design and procurement for PCC, MCC, PLC/I-O panels, and automation systems.

You will interface with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely progress, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Project Management: management of electrical orders, from initial planning to implementation and commissioning of systems.
• Budget & Cost Control: project cost monitoring, budget management, variance analysis, and definition of corrective actions.
• Planning & Scheduling: definition of milestones, activity planning, and monitoring of order progress.
• Technical Coordination: supervision of electrical design activities related to PCC, MCC, PLC/I-O panels, power distribution, and automation systems.
• Supplier and Procurement Management: coordination of suppliers, preparation of technical purchasing specifications, evaluation of offers, and verification of supplies.
• Technical Alignment: verification of the conformity of proposed solutions to technical, economic, and contractual requirements.
• Risk Management: identification and management of project, technical, and organizational criticalities.
• Stakeholder Management: interfacing with clients, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper progress of activities.
• Document Supervision: control of technical documentation and verification of compliance with project and regulatory standards.
