CAREL is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to join the team responsible for electrical panels for HVAC and Refrigeration applications. You will contribute across the full product lifecycle within a cross-functional environment, delivering solutions that meet customer needs while ensuring quality, reliability, and manufacturability.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent educational background.
• Good English.

• Knowledge of EPLAN is considered a plus.

Mansioni

• collecting and analyzing customer technical requirements, contributing to the definition of project specifications;
• developing the electrical design of products, ensuring alignment with the required technical, quality and application standards;
• supporting the commercial team during the quotation phase by providing the technical input needed to define the offer;
• collaborating with the internal departments involved in development and manufacturing, helping to ensure smooth project execution;
• following the product through industrialization and production phases, monitoring progress through to final delivery;
• contributing to the resolution of any technical issues arising during the process, working closely with the various stakeholders involved.
