Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in HVAC and mechanical systems design.
• Knowledge of thermotechnics and energy analysis including Italian Law 10 requirements.
• Experience using Edilclima for static and dynamic analysis.
• Experience using Revit and HVAC software.
• Experience preparing quantity take-offs and technical specifications.
• Strong aptitude for teamwork and multidisciplinary coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop HVAC and mechanical systems projects and thermotechnical activities across the different design phases.
• Prepare Law 10 reports, energy analyses, calculations and design of main HVAC distribution systems.
• Work with Edilclima for static and dynamic analysis.
• Use Revit and HVAC design software.
• Support the preparation of quantity take-offs and technical specifications.
