Job summary

WSP Italia is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design and deliver electrical systems for industrial and infrastructure projects in Italy, with a strong focus on low and medium voltage. The role involves designing, reviewing diagrams, schedules and specifications while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has about five years of experience, a degree in electrical/energy engineering, and proficiency in AutoCAD/ETAP/DigSilent/EPLAN. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering or a related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Electrical design for low and medium voltage systems in industrial facilities.
• Prepare and review single line diagrams, cable schedules, load lists, electrical schematics, calculations and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, automation, instrumentation and project teams.
• Support integration of PLC, SCADA or DCS interfaces and instrumentation activities.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors during installation, testing and commissioning.
