Jobtailor seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer specialized in Power Electronics to define electrical specs for machinery used in cable manufacturing and to design automation solutions. You will lead the development of electrical systems, drives, and control architectures in a production environment.

Competenze
- Degree in Electrical Engineering – Power Electronics.
- 5–7 years in a technical role (industrial/manufacturing).
- Experience in process automation.
- English proficiency.
- Strong communication and teamwork.
- Willingness to travel.

- Define electrical specifications for machinery and equipment in cable manufacturing.
- Design and develop electrical systems, automation, power electronics, drives, and control systems.
- Evaluate suppliers for electrical panels and automation solutions.

- Define electrical specifications for machinery and equipment used in cable manufacturing processes.
- Design and develop solutions involving electrical systems, automation, power electronics, drives, and control systems.
- Evaluate and select suppliers for electrical panels and automation solutions.
- Support the installation, commissioning, and start-up of equipment in Prysmian plants worldwide.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical excellence, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying innovative engineering solutions.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering – Power Electronics
- At least five to seven years of professional experience in a technical role (technology or manufacturing), preferably in the Industrial sector.
- Similar role means an experience in process automation.
- English Proficiency
- Good communication, negotiation and team working skills.
- Ability to understand the context of the work environment
- Management of inter-departmental and multicultural relations.
- Ability to identify potential problems, and propose solutions.
- Availability to travel.
Demonstrates expertise in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power Electronics, process automation, and the design and development of electrical systems. Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing environments.
