Vertiv in Piove di Sacco, Italy, is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to develop and maintain the electrical design for CW CRAH units, Thermal Wall applications and chiller platforms. You will own electrical schematics, panel layouts and wiring documentation, coordinating with Controls, Mechanical and Manufacturing teams to ensure robust, cost‑effective solutions.

The role requires a technical degree in electrical engineering or related field, 3+ years in electrical design, and strong

Competenze

Technical diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field.
3+ years in electrical design for HVAC, data center equipment or similar.
Experience with electrical standards (CE/EMC/LVD/EN 60204-1) and wiring documentation.
Ability to translate cross‑functional requirements into electrical designs and support production.
Proficient in ECAD design, panel layouts and BOM management.

Mansioni

Develop electrical designs for CW CRAH, Thermal Wall and chillers, selecting main components and wiring solutions.
Create and maintain schematics, panel layouts, wiring diagrams, BOMs and manufacturing drawings.
Design electrical architectures balancing cost, quality, reliability and safety.
Support electrical panel design, grounding, cable routing and manufacturing readiness.
Collaborate with Controls, Mechanical and Manufacturing teams; support NPDI and change orders.
Ensure compliance with CE, EMC, LVD and RoHS requirements; support regulatory needs.
