CAI cerca Ingegneri Cx Elettrici per unirsi alle nostre operazioni europee nel settore data center. Ruolo: guidare commissioning, definire protocolli e coordinare team con design, costruzione e operations. Viaggi internazionali e presenza sul campo richiesti.

Requisiti: laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica e minimo 7 anni in data center, forte gestione progetti, buone doti comunicative e conoscenza degli strumenti Microsoft.

Competenze

• Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica con almeno 7 anni di esperienza in Data Center.
• Comprovata esperienza nel commissioning di sistemi critici.
• Buona conoscenza dei sistemi elettrici dei data center.
• Abilità di gestione progetti e leadership, comunicazione efficace.

Mansioni

• Guidare e supervisionare il processo di commissioning per impianti data center.
• Coordinare team di commissioning con design, costruzione e operazioni.
• Essere punto di contatto principale per le attività di commissioning.
• Definire protocolli e metodologie di commissioning per vari sistemi.

Requirements include:

We are now seeking for Electrical Cx Engineers to join our growing operations in Europe. The role of a Cx Engineer in CAI is to:

• Responsible for leading, overseeing and executing the commissioning process for data center facilities.
• Lead and coordinate the commissioning process, providing guidance to commissioning teams and collaborating with design, construction, and operational teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for commissioning activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and goals.
• Define commissioning protocols and methodologies for various systems and equipment.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with commissioning processes.
• Mentor junior commissioning engineers and provide training to operational and maintenance staff.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to enhance the overall capabilities of the commissioning team

Position Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Electrical Engineering, with a minimum of 7+ years' experience in the Data Center industry.
• Relevant experience in commissioning critical systems, preferably in data center environments is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems in data centers.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel domestically and abroad on a regular basis
