Sirio Solutions Engineering Spa (Sse Spa) sta selezionando un/una Specialista EHSS in grado di ricoprire il ruolo di RSPP per promuovere una cultura di salute, sicurezza e ambiente in azienda e sui cantieri, garantendo conformità alle normative vigenti.

Il candidato coordinerà la formazione EHSS, valuterà rischi e gestirà DPI, supportando indagini su incidenti e condurrà visite ai cantieri in Italia e all’estero, collaborando con fornitori e team di progetto.

Competenze

• Laurea magistrale o laurea breve in discipline affini richieste.
• Qualifica RSPP, includendo Modulo C, come da Accordo Stato-Regioni 2016.
• Qualifica di Formatore su Salute e Sicurezza sul lavoro (Decreto 2013).
• Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in EHSS/HSE.
• Buona conoscenza della normativa italiana (D.Lgs. 81/2008) e ambientale (D.Lgs. 152/2006).
• Conoscenza di ISO 9001, ISO 14001 e ISO 45001; uso Office.

Mansioni

• Promuovere una cultura EHSS e stimolare comportamenti responsabili.
• Gestire programmazione e registrazione della formazione EHSS.
• _identificare, valutare e monitorare i rischi EHSS; attuare misure preventive e correttive.
• Fornire DPI adeguati e gestirne approvvigionamento/ distribuzione.
• Supportare indagini su incidenti e near miss e implementare azioni correttive.
• Effettuare visite e ispezioni in Italia e all’estero.
• Controllare documenti di sicurezza (DUVRI, POS, Safety Plan) con fornitori.
• Preparare documentazione EHSS su richiesta di clienti/autorità.
• Coordinare gestione strutture, sistemi tecnici, utilità e infrastrutture di sicurezza.
• Gestire fleet veicoli e servizi correlati; supportare audit EHSS e smaltimento rifiuti.

We are looking for an Environment, Health, Safety & Security (EHSS) Specialist, qualified to act as RSPP (Responsabile del Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione), to join our Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting a strong health, safety, environmental and security culture across the organization while ensuring full compliance with applicable legislation, company policies and management system standards. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our EHSS management system and support operational activities both at company premises and project sites.

Key Responsibilities

EHSS Specialist

• Promote a strong EHSS culture across the organization by raising awareness of health, safety and environmental issues and encouraging sustainable and responsible behaviours.
• Coordinate and maintain the company's EHSS training programme, ensuring mandatory training is planned, delivered and properly recorded in collaboration with external providers where required.
• Identify, assess and monitor EHSS risks, implementing preventive and corrective measures to eliminate hazards or reduce risks to an acceptable level.
• Ensure employees, contractors and subcontractors are provided with and correctly use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), managing its procurement and distribution within the approved budget.
• Support the investigation of workplace accidents, near misses and EHSS non-conformities through root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Conduct site visits and inspections in Italy and abroad, when required, to verify compliance with EHSS regulations and company standards.
• Support the Qauality Specialist in reviewing contractor safety documentation (e.G. DUVRI, POS and Safety Plans) and liaise with suppliers, contractors and project teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support the preparation of EHSS documentation requested by customers, authorities and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate the maintenance of company facilities, technical systems, utilities and safety-related infrastructure, working closely with external suppliers.
• Support the management of the company vehicle fleet, including vehicle allocation, maintenance and servicing.
• Support internal EHSS audits, workplace accident management and ensure the proper segregation and disposal of waste in compliance with environmental regulations.

RSPP Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all occupational health and safety prevention and protection activities in accordance with Italian legislation, ensuring continuous improvement of the company's Health & Safety performance.
• Prepare, update and maintain the Risk Assessment Document (DVR – Documento di Valutazione dei Rischi).
• Develop and implement occupational health and safety information and training programmes tailored to company operations.
• Advise management on health and safety compliance and preventive measures, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and company objectives.
• Cooperate with the Employer, Occupational Physician, Workers' Safety Representatives (RLS) and all relevant stakeholders in implementing the company's health and safety management system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Prevention Techniques in Working and Living Environments, or a related discipline.
• Qualification as RSPP, including completion of Module C, in accordance with the Italian State-Regions Agreement of 7 July 2016.
• Qualification as a Health & Safety Trainer in accordance with the Italian Ministerial Decree of 6 March 2013.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar EHSS/HSE role.
• Good knowledge of Italian occupational health & safety legislation (Legislative Decree 81/2008) and environmental legislation (Legislative Decree 152/2006), as subsequently amended.
• Knowledge of management systems and international standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of EHSS management software is considered an advantage. xysqume Good English language skills, both written and spoken.

Salary range: € 30.000-€ 37.000 gross per year
