Job summary

DAB Pumps is seeking an EHS Specialist to manage all health, safety and environmental activities across its operational sites. You will report to the HS Manager and work closely with Plant Management to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in HSE performance.

The ideal candidate holds an Engineering degree (Environmental or Safety preferred), is fluent in English, and possesses experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent required.
• RSPP qualification or ability to obtain one per Italian law.
• Experience implementing ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 management systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as RSPP at operational sites in compliance with Italian law.
• Identify, manage and control applicable HSE requirements and group directives.
• Perform risk analyses and HSE assessments for business activities.
• Draft and monitor prevention, protection and improvement plans based on risk assessments.
• Conduct internal inspections and audits with site management to ensure HSE compliance.
• Report to HS Manager and collaborate with management on prevention and improvement actions.
• Assist with regulatory authorizations and compliance with HSE-related permits.
• Ensure maintenance of HSE management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
• Plan and deliver HSE training and awareness programs for employees.
