Alstom in Italy, based in Nola, seeks an experienced EHS professional to lead site health, safety and environmental initiatives. You will drive policy deployment, risk assessment, and training to maintain compliance and continuous improvement in a railway-focused site.

Role requires 5–8 years in EHS, with ISO14001/45001 knowledge, and a track record in maintenance or manufacturing environments. You will coordinate with management to ensure safe operations and effective EHS programs.

Competenze

• 5–8 years of professional EHS experience.
• About 3 years in Environment, Health & Safety.
• Experience in maintenance/manufacturing sites.
• Knowledge of ISO14001/ISO45001.
• Railway industry experience is a plus.
• EHS auditor experience.

Mansioni

• Support Site/Depot Management in achieving EHS performance.
• Drive EHS policy implementation according to guidelines.
• Advise and coach management on EHS actions.
• Ensure EHS risk assessment and control measures.
• Prepare and maintain Site EHS management system.
• Ensure subcontractor activities comply with EHS.
• Lead the EHS function at sites.
• Monitor and develop EHS teams; conduct inductions.
