Job summary

Boeing Italia S.R.L. is seeking an experienced EHS Specialist to deliver site-focused EHS support across Southern and Western Europe.

The role reports to the regional EHS Lead and involves collaborating with site leadership, operations, and regional teams to ensure compliance, reduce risk, and drive continuous improvement across production and maintenance environments. Key tasks include leading hazard assessments, coordinating EHS services, and ensuring alignment with ISO 14001/ISO 45001

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' EHS experience in industrial environments.
Working knowledge of EU and local EHS regulations; practical experience applying Decree 81/08.
Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
Strong incident investigation and root-cause analysis abilities.
Excellent recordkeeping and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

Lead site-level hazard assessments and ensure risk controls are implemented and sustained.
Coordinate and manage contracted EHS service providers per Boeing standards.
Interpret EU/national regulations and advise site leadership on compliance obligations.
Support EHS program deployment, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare regulatory submissions and maintain compliant records.
Collaborate with regional teams to harmonize standards and tools.
Travel regularly across Southern & Western Europe to sites.
