PPG is seeking a senior EHS & Security leader responsible for the Casaletto Vaprio site and field safety across Italy. You will ensure compliance with local regulations and PPG EHS standards, develop strategy for EHS infrastructure, and lead cross-functional collaboration with country leadership.

Travel about 50% within Italy. The role requires a strong background in occupational health, safety and environmental regulations, auditable processes, and ability to influence at all levels.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in EHS, Chemistry, Engineering or related discipline, or a relevant EHS qualification with five years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Ability to stay current on regulatory requirements and communicate them.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and operational challenges.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead EHS compliance and continuous improvement for the Casaletto Vaprio site.
• Develop and align local EHS plans with Corporate and Regional guidelines.
• Coordinate EHS activities across Italy and with the EHS Country Manager.
• Travel within Italy (approx. 50%), including Northern Italy.
• Manage EHS budget and ensure resources are allocated to priorities.
