• Solid knowledge of site safety regulations, risk assessments, and permit-to-work systems.
• CSP/CSE qualification is advantageous.
• Fluent Italian and operational English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily and weekly HSE inspections across all site activities.
• Monitor subcontractor compliance with HSE requirements and PTW processes.
• Support and coordinate site inspections and corrective actions.
• Facilitate collaboration between subcontractors, site management, and project stakeholders.
• Lead toolbox talks and promote safety awareness on site.
• Collect, analyze, and report safety metrics and observations.
• Identify risks and drive continuous safety improvements.
