Job summary

BVI Medical, Inc. is seeking a Facility & Commercial Operations Specialist in Rome to coordinate EHS activities as ASPP and manage facility operations for both Operations and Commercial divisions.

The role acts as local point of contact for EHS matters, working with RSPP, HR, employees and external EHS providers to ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and company standards. The role also covers site and workplace coordination, onboarding, access management, and indirect supplier

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of Italian workplace health and safety requirements; ASPP qualification preferred.
• Strong organizational, planning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High level of accuracy in maintaining compliance records and supplier information; proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience in EHS, workplace and facility coordination; ASPP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Environment, Health & Safety for both Operations and Commercial divisions.
• Support EHS documentation and risk assessments with the RSPP.
• Coordinate workplace inspections, safety walks and incident follow-up.
• Coordinate workplace access, onboarding and badge/keys management.
• Manage indirect supplier activities and procurement-related processes.
• Support events coordination and marketing documentation.
