Datalogic's Decoding Software team in Bologna is seeking a Software Engineer to design and develop libraries for multi-threaded image processing on diverse edge platforms. You will contribute to algorithm development, QA, and product maintenance across Windows, Linux, and Android environments.

The role emphasizes C/C++ expertise, debugging and profiling skills, and familiarity with DevOps tools. A Master’s degree and English proficiency are required.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in a relevant engineering/physics field.
• Strong C/C++ programming skills and problem solving.
• Experience with debugging, profiling and code analysis tools.
• Experience with image-processing acceleration and ML/vision tech is valued.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD principles.

Mansioni

• Contribute to design and develop SW libraries for multi-threaded processing on edge platforms.
• Develop new components following SQA principles and best practices.
