Delonghi is seeking an experienced eCommerce leader to optimize online presence for a Group brand across defined markets. You will drive e-commerce performance, oversee day-to-day site operations, and deliver KPI analytics to inform decisions.

Collaborate with local teams and internal partners to improve customer experience, plan promotions, and forecast demand. This data-driven, cross-functional role focuses on merchandising and revenue growth, with exposure to Google Analytics, BI tools, and

Competenze

6+ years of ecommerce experience in fast-moving consumer environments or similar.
Proven track record in multi-country B2C ecommerce growth.
Data-driven with regular KPI analyses.
Proficiency in Google Analytics and BI tools.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Independent worker and team player with good communication.
Good English written and verbal communication.
Basic knowledge of cyber security and information protection.

Optimize and manage online presence for one of our Group brands across defined markets.
Drive e-commerce performance, oversee day-to-day site operations and promotions.
Forecast demand and plan promotions based on historical data and trends.
Analyze traffic, sales data and customer behavior to identify opportunities.
