Job summary

Omnishopper is seeking an Ecommerce Content Specialist to manage product catalogs on Amazon and other marketplaces, ensuring engaging content aligned with product specs and platform rules. The role involves localization, SEO optimization, and weekly client alignments.

You will work in a hybrid setup with two days of smart working and three in-office days, contributing to performance reporting and content strategy for client brands.

Qualifications

• Passion for tech products and accessories with experience in technical writing.
• Fluent in English and French, written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong digital skills and understanding of e-commerce platforms.
• Nice to have: digital advertising knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure brand uniformity and consistency across Amazon or other channels.
• Optimize and update product page content, list and publish products on the marketplace, create Variations, A+ content, and update the Brand Store.
• Perform keyword research to optimize content with an SEO perspective.
• Analyze performance and share monthly reports with clients.
• Create Excel/PowerPoint reports to facilitate understanding of Amazon data (Customer Voice, Out-of-Stock, BuyBox, etc.).
• Analyze and manage tools for content monitoring on Amazon.
• Localize and translate technical content.
• Participate in weekly and quarterly alignment calls with the client to receive tasks, set priorities, and report on progress.
