Omnishopper is seeking an eCommerce Content Intern to join the team in Milano, Italy. You will support the client catalogue on Amazon and other marketplaces, coordinating tasks and ensuring progress under supervision.

You will learn marketplace content management, translation, and optimization, with two days of smart working and three days in the office, and a monthly gross salary of 800 EUR.

Competenze

• Fluency in Italian, English and French (C1) written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong digital skills and understanding of e-commerce platforms.
• Nice to have: digital adv knowledge.

Mansioni

• Maintain and update the task tracker with priorities and deadlines.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN eCOMMERCE CONTENT INTERNTO JOIN OUR TEAM

In coordination with the team member responsible for managing the relationship with the client in France and with the internal Content team, the intern will support the day-to-day management of the client's product catalogue on Amazon and any other relevant marketplaces.

The role will focus primarily on coordinating and monitoring assigned activities, keeping track of priorities, deadlines and dependencies, and following up with the relevant stakeholders to ensure that tasks progress according to plan. Under the supervision of senior team members, the intern will gradually develop the skills required to manage marketplace content and contribute to the creation of engaging, accurate and platform-compliant product information.

WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS IN THIS ROLE?

• Maintain and regularly update the task tracker, monitoring priorities, deadlines, responsibilities and project progress.
• Follow up with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to collect the information and materials needed to complete assigned activities.
• Promptly highlight delays, missing inputs or potential issues to the team member responsible for the client relationship.
• Support the coordination of activities between the client's French team and the internal Content team.
• Support the optimization and updating of product pages, product listings, variations, A+ Content and Brand Stores on Amazon and other marketplaces.
• Help ensure brand consistency and content accuracy across Amazon and other relevant channels.
• Perform keyword research to support SEO-oriented content optimization.
• Support the localization and translation of technical content from English into French.
• Learn to use content-monitoring and marketplace-management tools, progressively developing greater operational autonomy.
• Participate in weekly and quarterly client alignment calls alongside the team member responsible for the client relationship, helping to record requests, agreed priorities, responsibilities and deadlines.
• Prepare and circulate meeting notes and action lists, monitor the agreed next steps and provide regular updates on task progress.

WHO ARE YOU?

• You are passionate about tech products and accessories (nice to have: experience in technical writing).
• You are fluent in Italian, English and French (C1 level), written and spoken.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• You have strong digital skills and understanding of e-commerce platforms.
• Nice to have: digital adv knowledge.

We offer a full time 6-month internship, Monday to Friday, 800 Euro per month.
