Siemens Industry Software is seeking an Early Professional to join our System Practice. You will develop design methodologies for Siemens EDA Xpedition, work directly with customers to improve design performance, and mentor new recruits.

This hybrid role offers exposure to enterprise EDM environments, cloud deployments, and cross-functional collaboration with the EBS product division.

Competenze

• Experience with PCB hardware development methodology and hands-on use of Siemens EDA Xpedition tools.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, VBScript) and software development practices.
• Knowledge of enterprise data management (EDM) design, library methodology, tools, and design flows.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure, database administration and optimization, and networking concepts.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement design methodologies for Siemens EDA Xpedition products to drive customer innovation and accelerate time-to-market goals

Our Benefits & Rewards

The primary location for this opportunity is Egypt. The applicable salary range for this location is:

Egypt: USD 38,400 - USD 84,500

This role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training. This position may also be posted in additional locations including Spain, Italy, Poland, and United Kingdom. For such locations, the applicable salary ranges are:

Poland: PLN 204,400 - PLN 367,900

United Kingdom: GBP 62,700 - GBP 125,400
