Topcon Positioning Group in Italy is seeking an Earthmoving Application Specialist to join our Professional Services Earth Moving team. You will support distributors and end users across EMEA, blending technical expertise with training ability to drive adoption of Earth Moving solutions.

Responsibilities include providing demos, creating training content, and delivering both online and in-person sessions at our Concordia training centre, while ensuring safety and compliance on all sites.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in survey applications or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of jobsite processes and survey/construction software.
• Excellent communication and training skills, online and in person.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Willingness to travel across EMEA.

Mansioni

• Provide technical and application support for earthmoving solutions across EMEA.
• Deliver online and in-person training at the Concordia training centre for dealers, key accounts and end users.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations in training environments and sites in Italy.
• Support Earthworks applications, Sitelink3D, Geo Positioning and related construction workflows.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Product Management, Engineering and Marketing teams.
• Prepare product demos, presentations, training content and eLearning materials.
• Support events, customer activities and on-site demonstrations from a technical perspective.

Topcon is looking for an Earthmoving Application Specialist to join our Professional Services Earth Moving team in Italy.

In this role, you will support Topcon distribution partners and end users across EMEA, combining technical expertise, training capability and hands-on application knowledge to drive the adoption of Topcon Earth Moving solutions.

What You Will Do

• Provide technical and application support for machine control and earthmoving solutions across EMEA.
• Deliver online and in-person training at our Topcon training centre in Concordia for dealers, key accounts and end users.
• Ensure full compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations, maintaining a safe training environment in accordance with Italian legislation and company policies.
• Support Earthworks applications, Sitelink3D, Geo Positioning and related construction workflows.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Product Management, Engineering and Marketing teams.
• Prepare product demos, presentations, training content and eLearning materials.
• Support events, customer activities and on-site demonstrations from a technical perspective.

What We Are Looking For

• Background in Geodesy, Survey Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or a similar field.
• More than 5 years of experience in survey applications, construction, roadworks, agriculture control applications or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction jobsite processes and survey/construction software.
• Excellent communication, training and presentation skills, both online and in person.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Willingness to travel across EMEA and work on active construction jobsites.
• Attractive salary from 50K Euro – to 60K Euro gross Yearly + company Car

Hybrid model: 3 days per week at the Topcon facility and 2 days working from home
