E.ON Drive Infrastructure team in Italy seeks a Project Manager to oversee ultra-fast charging infra for EVs and trucks, owning P&L, budgets, timelines, policies, procedures, and HSE.

You will coordinate with landlords, suppliers, and customers, manage purchases, and ensure top-quality documentation and reporting. We offer hybrid work, flexible hours, a €5,000 training budget, onboarding with gifts and hardware, and EU workation options.

Competenze

• Experience in project management within infrastructure, energy, or construction environments.
• Technical understanding of LV and MV architectures; EV charging knowledge is a plus.
• Fast learner with a passion for e-mobility.
• Confident in budget management and project reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent communication across verbal, written, and visual formats.
• Collaborative, open communication, and ownership under pressure.
• Comfortable working in agile environments.
• Good command of English.

Mansioni

• Oversee planning and execution of ultra-fast charging infra projects for EVs and trucks.
• Be responsible for project P&L and adherence to budgets, timelines, policies, procedures, and quality standards, including HSE requirements.
• Manage purchase orders throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Proactively identify and propose technical and commercial improvements to optimise project development and execution.
• Lead technical and project-related communication with landlords and customers.
• Independently coordinate and communicate with suppliers, partners, and all other stakeholders involved in project execution.
• Ensure high-quality project documentation, reporting, and information management.
