E.ON Drive Infrastructure GmbH is seeking a proactive project manager to drive ultra-fast charging infrastructure initiatives for electric vehicles and freight. You will own project planning, budgets, and execution while aligning with HSE standards and company policies.

You will coordinate with landlords, suppliers, and customers, ensuring timely procurement, reporting, and quality documentation across the full lifecycle. Fluent English required.

• PM experience in infrastructure, energy, or construction
• Technical understanding of LV/MV architectures; EV charging, BESS, EMS, PV, IT tech
• Fast learner with passion for e-mobility
• Budget management and project reporting
• Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution
• Creative mindset for innovative technical and project solutions
• Excellent communication across verbal, written, visual
• Collaborative team player with open communication
• Willingness to own work under pressure in agile environments
• Good command of English

Your mission

• Oversee the planning and execution of our ultra-fast charging infrastructure projects for electric cars and electric trucks
• Be responsible for the project P&L, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, policies, procedures, and quality standards, including HSE requirements
• Manage purchase orders in a timely manner throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Proactively identify and propose technical and commercial improvements to optimise project development and execution
• Lead technical and project-related communication with landlords and customers
• Independently coordinate and communicate with suppliers, partners, and all other stakeholders involved in project execution
• Ensure high-quality project documentation, reporting, and information management

Your profile

• Experience in project management within infrastructure, energy, or construction-related environments
• Technical understanding of LV and MV architectures. Knowledge of EV charging, BESS, EMS, PV, and IT technologies is considered an advantage
• Fast learner with a passion for e-mobility
• Confident in budget management and project reporting
• Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative technical and project solutions
• Excellent communication skills across verbal, written, and visual formats
• Collaborative team player who values diverse perspectives and open communication
• Willingness to take ownership and work under pressure to achieve common goals
• Proactive and comfortable working in agile environments.
• Good command of English
