Xiaomi Technology is seeking a motivated E-commerce Junior Specialist / Fresh Graduate to join our Italy e-commerce team. You will support end-to-end online operations across Amazon, Joybuy, AE, and independent sites, assist new product launches, and optimize campaigns, driving growth in the Italian market.

You will work with GTM, marketing, logistics and product teams, analyze sales data, and monitor trends to keep Xiaomi ahead in a dynamic cross-border e-commerce landscape.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or above in E-commerce, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, International Trade or related majors.
• Strong data analysis and logical thinking.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Italian is a strong plus.
• Strong coordination and multi-task management abilities.
• Proactive, self-motivated and detail-oriented with good communication.
• Familiar with Amazon and cross-border e-commerce platforms or independent website operation.

We are looking for a motivated E-commerce Junior Specialist / Fresh Graduate to join our Italy e-commerce business team. This role is perfect for talented graduates who are passionate about cross-border e-commerce, digital marketing and consumer electronics business. You will support the end-to-end online business operation across multiple platforms, assist new product launches, campaign operations, advertising optimization, and data analysis, driving sustainable sales growth for Xiaomi in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Store Operation Support: Monitor daily online sales performance, optimize product listings, pricing strategies and inventory status, track competitor dynamics, and support steady sales target achievement and business growth.
• New Product Launch & Campaign Management: Assist and independently support new product first-sale launches and key platform promotions, including Prime Day, Black Friday and other large-scale marketing events. Cooperate with internal teams and platform sides to align strategies, secure platform resources, and ensure sales targets and year-on-year growth.
• Advertising & Marketing Optimization: Support daily online ad operation and strategy optimization, continuously improve core KPIs including store traffic, exposure and conversion rate, and enhance overall platform operation efficiency.
• Business Analysis & Growth Mining: Conduct regular business data review, analyze sales performance and market changes, communicate deeply with internal teams and platform AVS teams, and identify potential business growth opportunities for e-commerce platforms.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Cooperate closely with GTM, marketing, logistics and product teams to ensure smooth and efficient daily e-commerce operation, product launch and order delivery.
• Industry & Trend Monitoring: Keep track of local e-commerce industry trends, platform rules updates and industry best practices, helping the team maintain market competitiveness and operational innovation.
• Multi-platform Operation Coverage: Be involved in daily operation and management of multiple e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, TTS, AE, Joybuy and official independent websites.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in E-commerce, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, International Trade or related majors; fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience are welcome.
• Solid logical thinking and data analysis capability, with a data-driven working mindset and good problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken & written); Italian language proficiency is a strong plus.
• Possess basic project coordination and multi-task management abilities, able to follow up projects efficiently under tight timelines.
• Proactive, self-motivated and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and team collaboration spirit.
