AW LAB, part of the Bata group, is seeking an E-Commerce Intern to support online business operations, catalogue management, and content updates, helping deliver a smooth shopping experience.

You will learn Salesforce Commerce Cloud, work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, and Merchandising, and gain hands-on experience in an expanding digital retail environment in Italy.

Competenze

• University student or recent graduate
• Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication with agencies and suppliers
• Team player with collaborative attitude

Mansioni

• Assist in day-to-day management of the AW LAB online store
• Support product catalogue management and online assortment optimization
• Update content to ensure accurate product information
• Participate in E-Commerce Department meetings with cross-functional teams
• Liaise with Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, Planning, Merchandising and Product
