Davines Group in Parma is seeking an E-commerce Intern to support the E-commerce Manager in daily store management and strategic digital projects, gaining hands-on experience in website management, digital merchandising, content optimization, customer experience, and digital marketing with local and global teams.

The ideal candidate is pursuing or recently completed a Masters in Digital Marketing, Business, Economics, or Communications, fluent in Italian and English, with passion for e-commerce

Mansioni

• Support the daily management and maintenance of the e-commerce platform.
• Upload, update, and optimize product information, images, landing pages, and other website content.
• Contribute to website content creation and optimization, including SEO activities.
• Collaborate with Local Market teams to coordinate localized website content and ensure brand consistency.
• Support website redesign and continuous improvement projects to enhance UX and conversions.
• Perform website quality assurance checks and report issues.
• Monitor product availability, pricing, promotions, and catalog accuracy.
• Assist in creating, scheduling, and executing DEM campaigns and digital marketing assets.
• Monitor and analyze key e-commerce performance indicators such as traffic, conversion, and sales.
