AW LAB, part of the Bata group, is seeking an E-Commerce Intern to support online business operations, catalogue management, and content updates, helping deliver a smooth shopping experience.

You will learn Salesforce Commerce Cloud, work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, and Merchandising, and gain hands-on experience in an expanding digital retail environment in Italy.

DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:

We're looking for an E-COMMERCE INTERN to support the E-Commerce Team in the day-to-day management of AW LAB's online business, contributing to the smooth functioning, maintenance, and continuous updating of the website. The role will focus on product catalogue management, online assortment optimization, and content updates, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information while supporting an engaging and effective online shopping experience.

KEY CHALLENGES:

• Support in the management of day-to-day activities to ensure the proper functioning and updating of the website
• Support in the managing of the product catalogue and managing the online product assortment
• Training on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform and using the platform to manage the E-Commerce
• Participation in E-Commerce Department meetings, both strategic and operational
• Working cross-functionally on a daily basis with departments such as: Marketing, Customer service, Logistics, Planning, Merchandising and Product
• Daily contact with Brands
• Website contents update

CORE COMPETENCIES:

• University student or recent graduate
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills – with advertising agencies and suppliers
• Team player with a collaborative attitude

LANGUAGES:

• Good knowledge of English
• Spanish nice to have
