AW LAB, part of the Bata group, is seeking an E-commerce Intern to support the online business. You will help with product catalogue management, online assortment optimization, and content updates to ensure accurate product information and a great online shopping experience.

The role offers on-site training with potential smart-working options after an initial period, and requires good knowledge of Excel, strong organization, and team collaboration. English is required, Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• University student – internship candidate.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication with agencies and suppliers.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day website updates and maintenance.
• Assist in product catalogue management and online product assortment.
• Training on Salesforce Commerce Cloud and using it for e-commerce tasks.
• Participate in E-Commerce Department meetings (strategic/operational).
• Collaborate daily with Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, Planning, Merchandising and Product.
• Engage with Brands and update website contents.
