• Excellent reporting and analytic skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
• Highly organized, ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledgeable on markets, competitors and trends.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Management and other functions.

Aufgaben

• Manage eCommerce buying for Moncler Man RTW, Man Footwear, Leather Goods and related lines across regions.
• Define OTB by store, line and category based on sales and ST% targets.
• Forecast carryover stock and optimize assortment depth per channel/market.
• Develop cross-channel strategies with Merchandising and Local teams.
• Provide structured sales and stock analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Monitor stock and catalogue representation to support collection launches.
