To continue our growth, we are hiring new talents. We are now looking for a Technical Leader to join our Dynamics 365 team to lead it in the development and implementation of a large-scale Customer Service solution. The scope of this position is for a Technical Leader with a deep interest in the business and high attention to detail in designing for performance, monitoring, scalability, and maintainability, with a focus on team management and talent growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring the solution’s adherence to the technical architecture, including data modeling, data integration, tool configuration, customizations, and Business Continuity.
  • Collaborate with the Solution Architect to define the technical landscape (from DEV to PROD), design and ensure the solution’s security, develop the business continuity plan, and establish an efficient deployment pipeline.
  • Provide strategies, roadmaps, and lead technical initiatives.
  • Lead the development team to deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines.
  • Work with Product Owners / Business Analysts to understand requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and release features.
  • Participate in or lead stakeholder brainstorming, discovery, planning, and design sessions for technical aspects.
  • Act as a Dynamics CRM Expert, mentoring team members on technical topics.
  • Ensure the solution is built with high availability, scalability, performance, and security from the start.
  • Lead or contribute to technical design sessions.
  • Maintain adherence to development best practices and ensure the technical quality of the code.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve Dynamics 365 operations and maintenance issues.
  • Innovate by creating new solutions with out-of-the-box thinking.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Certified Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE / Customer Service.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with large D365 Enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience with high-end CRM implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of software engineering best practices and product lifecycle.
  • Experience with Power Platform, Omnichannel, and Power Virtual Agent.
  • Cloud platform experience, preferably MS Azure.
  • Experience with centralized logging platforms (e.g., AppInsights, Splunk).
  • Agile and Scrum methodologies experience.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
