MSC Technology Italy is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join a cross-functional team. You will design, build and test CRM solutions, integrate with other systems, and create Power BI dashboards to drive insights and profitability.

The role requires 3+ years in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power BI, with Customer Service experience and an Agile mindset. On-site in Italy, with a focus on continuous evolution and equal opportunity.

Competenze

• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM with focus on CRM solutions.
• Minimum 3 years of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power BI development experience.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service; Agile/Scrum is preferred.

Mansioni

DYNAMICS CRM DEVELOPER

We are now looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer, who will have the opportunity to work in an innovative context, and on challenging projects to contribute to the realization of technologically advanced CRM solutions, and who is passionate about software and its potential to move the organization forward through innovation.

As a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer, you will assist MSC delivery teams with CRM solution planning, analysis, designing, building, and testing. You will be considered a product specialist that is also responsible for providing support in CRM issues, business concern, and resolution.

As a CRM Dynamics CRM Developer, you will need to be able to understand business requirements and translate business needs into a software solution that will realize results, helping tackle business problems and increasing profitability.

ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist across all phases of internal CRM projects (e.g., Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, and Test)
• Demonstrate technical knowledge to design and implement CRM solutions
• Offer solutions for business needs or issues
• Support design of conceptual architecture and technical solutions
• Ensure project quality meets MSC standards
• Identify process gaps and work cross-functionally to formulate improvement plans
• Design, develop, deploy, customize, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems
• Configure and customize on standard workflows, dashboards, forms, views and develop standard or custom reports
• Develop reports or dashboards using Power BI and integrate with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Develop web application, web API, console application, window services to integrate with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Complete the documentation required including the source codes, technical specification, and unit test result
• Support SIT, UAT, and production and fix the defect
• On ad-hoc basis, develop automated test (technical and functional)

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, with domain knowledge in Customer Service and Shipping industry - this would be a plus point
• Minimum 3 year of Microsoft Dynamic365 CRM and Power BI development experiences
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service is essential
• Experience with Agile and SCRUM is preferred
• Experience with APPIUM and JMeter is preferred

The position will be classified within the Employee category, at one of the C2, C3, B1 or B2 levels under the Italian Metalworking Industry National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria).

The classification level and any additional remuneration components supplementing the base salary will be determined based on an assessment, carried out during the selection process, of objective and neutral criteria such as, by way of example, the candidate’s professional experience, technical skills, level of autonomy and the responsibilities required by the role.
