Air Dolomiti, Verona-based, is seeking a fixed term Operations Control Officer to coordinate daily flight operations and liaise with technical and operational stakeholders. This role requires problem solving, decision making, and ensuring safety compliance.

The successful candidate will manage clearances, ground handling, and crisis management while supporting flight crews in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Ability to liaise diplomatically with stakeholders.
• Flexible with shifts and able to work under pressure.
• 2+ years in a similar role preferred.

Mansioni

• Obtain overflight and landing clearances, PPRs, slots, ground handling, fuel and catering arrangements with regulatory compliance.
• Take expeditious action to avoid flight disruptions.
• Handle multiple requests simultaneously in dynamic situations and anticipate problems.
• Prioritize time and resources in crises and work in a fast-paced team or independently.
• Plan ahead to reduce disruption and assess airport/destination constraints with proposed solutions.
• Monitor progress of operations and provide regular updates to all concerned.
• Supervise daily flight planning and assist crews in resolving operational difficulties.
