Lever, Inc. is seeking a Coding Specialist and AI Trainer fluent in Dutch for a freelance AI Trainer Project based in Italy. You will assess advanced AI models on software engineering tasks, document failures, and provide structured feedback to improve model reasoning and coding accuracy.

This is a remote contract role with flexible engagement and independent contractor requirements. The ideal candidate has strong software engineering background, fluent Dutch, and experience with modern

Competenze

• Strong professional coding or software engineering expertise across algorithms, data structures, architecture, frontend or backend development, cloud infrastructure, or systems programming.
• Fluent Dutch language skills with ability to communicate complex technical subjects.
• Ability to critically evaluate technical solutions and code.
• Experience with asynchronous programming, REST APIs, memory management, object-oriented programming, secure coding, or distributed systems.

Mansioni

• Engage with advanced AI models on software engineering tasks, technical scenarios, and coding challenges in Dutch.
• Evaluate model responses for logical accuracy, technical correctness, coding quality, and adherence to software engineering best practices.
• Assess AI performance across algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend/backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming.
• Challenge models with topics such as asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, OO design, secure coding, and distributed systems debugging.
• Verify naturalness and correctness of Dutch language usage in technical interactions.
• Identify and document model failure modes and reproducible issues with detailed analysis.
• Provide clear, structured feedback and suggestions to improve model reasoning, coding performance, and evaluation methodologies.
• Explain technical reasoning clearly and demonstrate analytical process in evaluating solutions.
